Cleft Palate Institute - Erie, PA

New Location

On March 18, 2013, Cleft Palate Institute will be providing services from a new location. We will still be situated within the Achievement Center, but both agencies will be taking up residence at 2420 West 23rd Street. This is the site of the old Steris Corporation. This facility offers our clients and families more treatmet space, storage space, parking, and staff work areas. We are very excited about this move and the opportunites that extra space can give. Our telephone numbers, P.O. Box, & contact information will stay the same, only the street address is new. Please let us know how this change impacts you and your family, as we strive to continue to provide excellent clinical care. See you on the west side!
